Anta, founded in 1991, is a leading sportswear company in China. The company provides professional sports equipment for China's mass market, including shoes, clothing and accessories. With the growth of market demand, Anta logistics center in Chengdu needed an automated solution to transform and improve regional logistics capacity. The warehouse automation solution provided by HAI ROBOTICS has successfully implemented many projects in the footwear and apparel industry, which is one of the reasons why Anta chose to cooperate with HAI ROBOTICS.
With the growth of market demand, Anta logistics center in Chengdu needed an automated solution to improve regional logistics capacity and meet all channel business needs, including warehousing and sorting, B2B & B2C general picking, inventory counting in the warehouse, consolidation of picking boxes, recovery and supply of material boxes and cartons, wave insertion and repurchase consolidation. HAI ROBOTICS customize a solution combined 25 units A42C warehouse robots with 4 HAIPORT workstations (loader) + 4 HAIPORT workstations (unloader) for ANTA .

In a warehouse area of 3,545㎡, with a shelving area of 2,313m², 27,643 storage locations are provided.
3. Efficient operation and improved turnover
By using HAIPORT-powered workstation, the outbound capacity reaches 80,000 pieces/day, HAIPORT unloader efficiency is 550 boxes/hour which significantly reduces turnover time, and increases the logistics response speed of Anta.
