HaiPick System 2
HaiPick System 2 combines the automated processing of bulk and palletized goods, with automated each-picking for order fulfilment into a single system. System 2 offers the same superior flexibility and scalability typical of HaiPick Systems while significantly condensing your storage footprint and improving warehouse operational efficiency up to 6x with combined mixed-picking operations. Using combined robotic technologies, almost any bulk material container type, and almost any each-pick container type and size can be automatically processed together to reduce touchpoints and operational complexity.
How It Works
Each HaiPick System is developed from a catalogue of modular HaiPick robots, features, software, and industry standard racking and containers to provide a tailored solutions to best support every facility without the cost and complexity of fully customized automation.
For each solution, a base system is identified. Then, the modular elements are selected to modify each system to maximize operational success.
HaiPick System 2 uses 2 types of robotic technologies to manage bulk material and individual totes of goods. Any material that can fit on the robotic table can be managed within the HaiPick System 2. Combined with our other system features, each HaiPick system is tailor for each application.
The Robots
2 core robotic technologies drive HaiPick System 2. Our Autonomous Case-handling Mobile Robots (ACRs) are capable enough to operate in an ASRS designed with almost any industry standard racking and containers. While any material that fits on the robotic table can be managed within the system by out Companion AMR Bots.
Without the need for high precision environments, facilities can avoid high the cost of precision storage locations and gain the freedom to store almost any kind of container and container material.
The Workstations
HaiPick Systems are accessed via workstations where inbound and outbound inventory is picked up and delivered by HaiPick Robots. Ergonomically designed, all workstations deliver a 99.9%+ order pick accuracy rate and can be tailored to maximize workflow efficiency and throughput, or facilitate seamless handoff to other technologies and operations.

Racking & Containers
HaiPick Systems are compatible with almost any industry-standard racking and shelving. Our HaiPick Robots are built to work within real-world tolerances, providing flexibility to manage inventory automatically without the limitations of traditional Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS).
Any Rack
System 2 can operate with almost any racking type, provided there is enough clearance at the floor level to maneuver bulk items.
Any Container
HaiPick Systems are material-agnostic and can handle a wide range of containers, including totes, trays, cardboard boxes, styrofoam, metal baskets, and others of varying sizes.
No Container
For products that are appropriately sized and consistent, using a container may not be necessary.
