Our customer is a leading enterprise of energy and power intelligence in China. For strategic spare parts of high-value goods, the company transformed its two floors old warehouse in Nanjing into an autonomous warehouse. Considering many factors such as storage space and picking efficiency, HAIPICK system helped realized autonomous management of the warehouse.

--3.115m HAIPICK robots were customized to maximize the utilization of storage space in the 3.2m high warehouse, the maximum pickup height is 2.85m

--It realizes goods-to-person, and semi-automatic distribution through the put-to-light system, which greatly improves the picking efficiency and accuracy.

--Buffer shelves are used for inbound and outbound to reduce manual operations

--It supports the simultaneous storage and picking of two different sizes of cases to maximize the material storage density

--HAIPICK system connects with customer WMS to realize digitalization of information
