Our customer is a pharmaceutical retailer enterprise that expanded its pharmaceutical business through e-commerce. The project focuses on the customer’s storage and distribution center, mainly responsible for store distribution and e-commerce delivery. HAI ROBOTICS solution area was divided into two parts: case storage in the piece picking storage area on the second floor and case storage in the whole traditional Chinese medicine area on the fifth floor. The scheme uses ACR robots that cooperate with HAIPORT loaders and unloaders for inbound and outbound. The system uses a grey box connected to the customer’s WMS system.
