The end customer is a company that produces luxury shoes. This is the first AGV automation project in the shoe manufacturing industry in China. The distribution center is operated by DHL and is responsible for the company’s nationwide B2B and B2C business. In the first stage of the project (completed) the solution realizes the automation of the nationwide B2B business. In the second stage the B2C business will be automated.
