The project focuses on a warehouse that manages spare parts logistics for a world's leading printer manufacturer. More than 10,000 SKUs are stored, among which many are too heavy for manual picking. The complex picking process results in low picking efficiency. The customer was looking for a solution to automate the warehouse's operations and improve picking efficiency.
