Xinning Logistics mainly engages in bonded storage service of electronic components, providing third-party comprehensive logistics service of raw materials, procurement, and production in the electronic information industry’s supply chain. The company’s SMT supply warehouse provides on-site logistics services for the production line of the Lenovo factory in Wuhan. The warehouse had difficulties managing the large amount of SKUs. The project focused on the transformation of the customer’s manual SMT feeding process into an intelligent, flexible, and automatic one.
