ESS Equipment Scheduling System

ESS (Equipment Scheduling System) is an equipment scheduling system that integrates robots, equipment, and physical environmental information in warehouses or factories into a unified management system. Based on intelligent AI algorithms, it provides real-time scheduling and optimal resource allocation for multiple devices, coordinates operations, efficiently and intelligently executes handling tasks, and improves warehouse operational efficiency.

ESS receives various tasks or instructions issued by upstream systems or created by humans. By managing and scheduling various resources in the warehouse (such as containers, storage locations, equipment, etc.), it completes the execution of tasks. The main functions of ESS include task management, resource management, and map monitoring.

01

Quick integration with other devices

ESS can easily integrate with existing warehousing automation equipment such as Haipick, Haiport, Haiflex, conveyors, electronic tags, emergency stop switches, safety doors, etc., and supports different configurations.

02

Supports mixed-type AGV devices

ESS supports the mixed scheduling of multiple types of AGVs, such as scheduling Haipick devices with different chassis sizes and lifting heights in the same field.

03

Supports multiple types of devices to execute tasks

ESS supports the collaboration of multiple types of devices and task splitting. It can simultaneously schedule two types of devices to cooperate in material handling without triggering them serially, thus improving the overall material handling efficiency. For example, scheduling Haipick and Haiflex devices to complete material box handling tasks together. Additionally, when the priority of some tasks changes in associated tasks, the priority of associated tasks is synchronized to reduce mutual waiting.

Supports scheduling of large-scale robots (6000+)

By continuously optimizing system performance and scheduling algorithms, ESS can increase storage and scheduling of equipment by zone, and currently has the ability to schedule more than 6000 robots.
