WES Warehouse Execution System
Hai Robotics Intelligent Warehouse Execution System (WES) is a smart system that seamlessly integrates with upstream systems, such as ERP/WMS/MES, and covers the manufacturing and distribution industries. It manages a variety of internal resources such as automated equipment, inventory, and employees. It also executes warehouse business in a process-oriented and standardized way, helping industries such as footwear and apparel, 3PL, retail, 3C manufacturing, automotive, pharmaceutical, and cross-border e-commerce to achieve digital transformation.
WES supports business operations such as outbound and inbound, stocktake, and stock consolidation. The workstations and inbound/outbound strategies can be flexibly configured, including order grouping, order splitting, and batch processing. Additionally, efficient algorithms for order and inventory allocation are utilized to ensure efficient processing. In production line scenarios, material handling can be called through various means such as physical buttons, PDAs, and upstream systems. Combined with equipment such as AGVs, forklifts, elevators, and conveyors, collaborative scheduling and operations can be achieved.
