HaiPick Catalogue of System Components - Cloned

Each HaiPick System is developed from a catalogue of modular HaiPick robots, features, software, and industry standard racking and containers to provide a tailored solutions to best support every facility without the cost and complexity of fully customized automation.

 

For each solution, a base system is identified. Then, the modular elements are selected to modify each system to maximize operational success.

 

Family of ACRs

This family of robots are ground-based navigators that picking and storage of cases up to 5.2m (17ft) and the telescoping models extend to manage goods up to 12m (39ft) vertically. A picking arm reaches into the shelving, up to 2 totes deep, and fingers secure to goods to pull and push the containers.

High Efficiency

HaiPick ACRs can batch delivery up to 9 containers in 1 run to minimize robotic travel and maximize operational efficiency.

 

Flexible Payload

Arm and backpack size are adjusted on each robot for the dimensions and case types it will transport in each system. Mixed container types and sized can be stored in 1 system.

  • 7.8in – 23.6in Wide

Family of Companion Bots

Companion Bots assist HaiPick ACRs within the system to extend the system capability and add additional flexibility. With the inclusion of these robots, HaiPick Systems provide added extreme order responsiveness or bult material handling capability.

Order Responsiveness

Extreme speed up to 4 meters/second and order responsiveness or extendedcutoff times and fast fulfillment (use in HaiPick System 3).

 

Mixed Material

Combines each-picking with bulk goods management into 1 automated system(use in HaiPick System 2).

Workstations are ergonomically designed supporting a 99.99+% order pick accuracy rate, and can be tailored to provide maximized workflow efficiency and throughput or handoff to other technologies and facility operations.

Eliminate Travel for Order Picking

HaiPick Systems deliver containers for order picking directly to operators, eliminating travel time for order picking and speeding up order fulfilment.

Racking & Containers

HaiPick Systems are built with our selected racking or with almost any industry standard racking and shelving. Our ACRs are capable enough to work in systems built with real world tolerances. Our core technology allows facilities the flexibility to automatically manage inventory without the limitations of traditional ASRS technology.

Any Rack

Most HaiPick Systems do not require a specific rack to operate. Non-intelligent and non-mobile system elements can typically be selected on the application’s needs, preferences, and budgetary requirements.

  

Any Container

HaiPick Systems are material agnostic and can manage most totes, trays, cardboard, styrofoam, metal baskets, and other containers of varying sizes.

  

No Container
